Dave Lewis
Associate Professor, School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity College Dublin
He is Associate Director of the ADAPT SFI Research Centre for Digital Content Technology. He leads ADAPT’s Spokes Programme of industry collaborative research, its multidisciplinary research theme on Data Governance.
With over 160 peer-review publications, his research addresses the use of semantic models to manage the data protection and data ethics issues raised by digital content processing.
He has led the development of international standards in digital content metadata at the W3C and OASIS.
