Dr Roxana Moroșanu Firth is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility, De Montfort University, UK.
Her research looks at people and technology, with a focus on smart homes, innovation and creativity. She is the author of An Ethnography of Household Energy Demand in the UK (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016) and co-author of Making Homes: Anthropology and Design (Bloomsbury, 2017).
Before joining De Montfort University, Roxana was a Research Associate at the Engineering Design Centre, University of Cambridge. Roxana has a PhD in Social Anthropology from Loughborough University, UK.
