Dr. Yanan is a post-doc research fellow at University College Dublin. She is conducting research in ‘Practical Tools’ research group led by Prof. Andreas Hoepner. The project is funded by the Mistra Financial Systems research consortium.
She is also an adjunct lecturer at Trinity Center for Asian Studies of Trinity College Dublin, where she delivers Business and Economy of Contemporary China module.
She received a PhD in Management from University College Dublin in 2019. Her thesis focuses on the relationship between reputation and employee commitment in healthcare industry. During her PhD, she conducted surveys and did quantitative analysis.
She also has one year experience in qualitative research such as content analysis. She has coordinated modules such as Business & Society and Ethics in Financial Services. She is skilled in using Excel, SPSS and AMOS. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), shareholder activism and corporate reputation.
