Márton is a change leadership consultant.
Graduated with an MSc in diplomacy and economics, though he has been designing and facilitating leadership trainings for over 20 years and have been an organization development and change management consultant for over 10 years. Most of his work is with executive leaders & senior leadership teams on change management, organizational culture and leadership effectiveness, with clients such as Addiko Bank, Astra Zeneca, Vodafone, Velux, BP, Morgan Stanley.
Márton firmly believes in the power of a shared vision and a constructive dialogue.
In his civil hat he had set up and run Common Purpose Hungary, developing cross-sectoral leadership programmes for which he was awarded the Knight of Cross from the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic in 2010. Currently he chairs the board of trustees of Flow Foundation that brings professional development services to civil organizations.
